FAQ How to purchase?
Purchase on Mason's is quick and easy:
- Browse the catalog and click on the product you are interested in
- On the product details page select your size and the color you prefer
- Click on "Add to Cart"
- A summary window will open, click on "Go to checkout" to proceed with the purchase, otherwise click on "View and modify the Cart"
- Fill out the shipping address and payment information.
You can check and modify the contents of your Shopping Bag at any time and you can pay with the main credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express and PostePay) with PayPal, Google Pay, Apple PAy, Stripe.
It is not necessary to be subscribed on our site to proceed with your purchases, you can do it as a guest user. Accounting is fast, free, secure and allows you to access benefits:
- receive updates on your order and check on past purchases
- save your shipping preferences
- request returns online and check refunds
- receive exclusive updates from the Mason's world
In the details section of the product page, adjacent to the description, you will find the link that will take you to the size chart. The sizes are the Italian ones.
The Tracking Number is indicated in the order confirmation email, a code that allows you to track the shipment in real time on the courier's website. Otherwise you can check the delivery status of your order directly on our website by clicking here.
The change is possible before the warehouse has processed the order. If you have changed your mind, we suggest you contact Customer Service. In any case, within 14 days of delivery of the product you can request a return. for more information visit the Returns and Refunds and Terms and Conditions pages.
If you want to change the shipping country, click on the menu item at the top right, a popup will appear with the choice of the country where you want to deliver your purchase.

The Whatapp chat service is also available. Chat customer service is available Monday through Saturday, 9am to 6pm.
Contact Customer Service at the email address email@example.com no later than 14 days from receipt of the goods; make sure that the guarantee seal on the items to be returned is intact and the garments must not have been worn, washed or altered.
